Instructions:
With Hot Water:

1. Lift the lid to the dotted line. Pour 220 ml of boiling water to the line marked inside the cup.
2. Close the lid tightly and let stand for 3 minutes.
3. Mix well and enjoy
    

In the microwave:

1. Remove the entire cover, place 220 ml of water at the line of the cup
2. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and wait 1 more minute.
3. Mix well and enjoy
