Papachos is probably Perú's signature burger joint, and very much because it's owned by Perú's most famous Chef, Gastón Acurio (you'll learn he owns restaurants covering almost every cuisine there is in Lima).
Personal recommendation: Gaucha Burger (provolone cheese, chimichurri, avocado, sauteéd onions, lettuce and tomato) (pictured).

You'll find this excellent place for burgers in Miraflores, not too far away! It's got great choices and a variety of fries to choose from. Highly recommended!

This one's brought to you by the same people behind Hanzo and Wasabi. The concept is the same as the latter... all you can eat!
And it's not just burgers, you can choose between sandwiches, hot dogs, wings, tacos and pretty much all things American. The price-quality rate is super good.
